Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping future generations of biblical counselors. He is the Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online publications and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children together with his wife Leslie.
