Felicity Jones was born and raised in Britain and is best known as the actress who appeared as Jane Hawking on the critically-acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. Jones started acting at age of 12 and was a part of various TV series, plays and movies. The first film she appeared in was The Treasure Seekers, a film on television. In the following years, she was on the show as of Ethel Hallow another television show known as The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. The first movie she appeared in, Flashbacks of a Fool, featured her as Young Ruth. Since then she has appeared in numerous movies. Her acting gained her fame in films such as The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. It was, however, her performance on The Theory of Everything that brought her an Oscar for the very first time. Jones was highly praised by viewers and critics alike because she played the character of Hawking's wife as she appeared in this Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno featuring Tom Hanks was next on her list of credits. Jones received her British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding talent and contribution.
