Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old, he emigrated together with family members into Casper located in western region of Wyoming and his father was the director of the local district of soil conservation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
