Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
The children were sleeping in the crib while I was strapped with an infant to my back. Ha! All was beginning to fall into place, however we were nowhere near done. In order to furnish the house it would take a lot of effort in terms of budget and time. It was also going to be a challenge go to my favorite stores. My three sons and me looked for treasures hidden attending estate sales in order to reduce my expenses. The routine we had for the week was to spend Thursday-Saturday walking through estate sales and garage sales, buying vintage and modern pieces, while I spent the weekdays painting sanding in the driveway. My passion for furniture restoration started with an appearance that was similar to this. No matter what, our house had already been equipped. I had a space in the market at my local location and even sold some items there. Then, I ran out of lots of pieces to keep in the space available. In my own home, I would host open houses where more than 1,000 people were able to come in and buy any item they wanted on the first floor within a single weekend. Growing Days was founded in my home. My company was flourishing however my family was also expanding. In a way, I had found the perfect equilibrium between motherhood as well as starting my own business. Growing Days fit perfectly. The year 2013 was the year my daughter Nora became our fourth child. I adored where my business was going, but I wanted some time off. I took some time away from the old furniture in order to spend some quality time with my children. It was just what I needed. It wasn't until a couple of months that my phone began to be ringing. I was getting calls from people seeking help for the interior decoration and renovations. The majority of them were people who visited my home in my open houses for furniture. As I went along I added new clients to my list one by one. It wasn't too long before I had many clients and operated a successful home remodeling business. If you'd told me that my venture would end up being the basis for a DIY Network show, I might have been astonished. If I think back, it makes me laugh.
